Yesterday Gianna fell asleep by 7 PM! She did not take a nap, because she was so excited that Grandma came over to babysit. She did not wake up till 7:30 AM this morning! On the other hand, I didn't go till sleep till almost 4 AM.
I was working on the computer making educational materials for Gigi. Yesterday in Japanese class, Peterson Sensei brought out the Japanese number flashcards, and her jaw literally dropped when Gianna started to count in Japanese with her. She was so shocked. I was so proud! :) It inspired me to make more learning materials for Gianna.
The main thing is that we made it to music class, but about half of the class was absent. Gianna was looking forward to seeing Connor and Auntie Maile. She even said Connor's name while we were getting ready to go.
Luckily, Gigi and I took a LONG nap today! I woke up when Grandma and Grandpa came to babysit so that Papa and I could go to a wine tasting class. :) Before we left, I had Grandma feed Gianna. They were playing with stickers that Grandma had brought over. Gigi had stickers on her face and on her hands.
I moved the ones on her hands also to her face so that I could wash her hands before she ate supper.
Gigi went to show Papa her new look, but she got sidetracked when she spotted a box of flash cards.
Gigi really likes flash cards. The crazy thing is that she can really read the words, before she even sees the pictures.
