Today's field trip was to an airplane hangar located near the Honolulu Airport. Although the pictures don't show it, Gianna was very excited. As soon as we walked out to the tarmac she couldn't stop saying, "Wow!".

Gigi stopped for a snack. I brought freeze-dried apples, Emi's mom brought organic crackers, and Adam's mom brought grapes. The three kids had a mini-picnic. It was very cute!

After making our own paper airplanes, coloring, and reading books about airplanes, we said goodbye to our pilot guide and headed home.
