Today we went back to the Taste of Chicago with Auntie Susy, except this time we took a cab. :)

We went to see the Budweiser horses again and found one that was special.

Gianna fell asleep again. I think that the crowd of people is just too much for her.

I was lucky to find this pink hat. It helped keep me cool.

Papa took this picture with the Sears Tower in the background. You can get a better idea of what the scene was like.

Auntie Susy cooled off with some Italian ice. I opted for the chocolate bourbon ice cream. :)

After eating lunch, we walked over to the Museum of Natural History.

We got to see "Sue," the largest T-Rex skeleton around. Uncle Ted gave me a book about her.

Oh my goodness! What's my baby doing in Sue's mouth! :o

For dinner we went to the Prime House in the St. James Hotel. Auntie Susy and I split a 40-day aged rib-eye steak, while Papa ate a 65-day aged steak. They were both DELICIOUS! Gigi had some truffled mashed potatoes, but she tried to eat our desserts.

She was especially interested in the cheesecake tree.

This picture is for Auntie Mirella and Uncle Mark. It's an inside joke.

After dinner, we took a tour of the aging room.

It was very cold, and the room smelled like cheese.

Auntie Susy was tempted.

Gianna thought that Auntie Susy was giving her the green light.

Gianna even touched the salt bricks. The salt gets circulated in the air, seasoning the steak as it ages.

Here's a picture of the quarter million dollar bull that sires all the steak that is served in the restaurant. CRAZY!

On our way back to the hotel, we stopped at the Hershey's store. Auntie Susy was ready to go to work for them.
